This muffins are so easy to make, and you can eat them as healthy (delicious!) breakfast, snack or even a good companion for watching movie tonight, and it freezes well too :)
This comfort food is also a nutritious snack for your picky toddler, just make sure your loved ones don't have any allergy of the ingredients used in this recipe.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Baking time: 20-25 minutes
1 Batch: 24 mini muffins
Recipe:
1C Flour
1C Dry Oats
3/4C Brown sugar
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C peeled-cored-grated apples
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 eggs beaten
Frosting
1/3c Almond crusts
2tbsp Sugar
Instruction:
1. Preheat oven to 180' Celcius
2. Mix dry ingredients (excepts for the frosting)
3. Mix wet ingredients
4. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, mix but don't overmix
5. Grease muffin tins or use muffins liner
6. Pour the batter into each muffin tin about 2/3 full
7. In a small bowl mix almond crusts and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture on each muffin.
8. Bake about 20-25 minutes until toothpick come out clean.
